ActionedQ-0036In response to a number of recent call-outs to site regarding the Wireless Detectors, we are proposing the following works; * Site attendance and replacement of 50 x battery sets in the wireless smoke and heat detectors on site. Also, identify and report those devices that cannot be accessed for further review. Please note that the existing wireless smoke and thermal detectors currently on site are superseded by newer variants and the new variant detectors do not communicate with the existing old wireless transmitters. If any of the existing detectors fail when the batteries are replaced, These will need to be replaced with the new variant models and programmed into the new wireless transmitters on site. Currently there are 2 x new wireless transmitters on site, installed under a separate job earlier in 2023. No allowance has been made in our quotation for the supply of any new smoke, thermal detectors and/or new wireless transmitters and programming works in this quotation. If this is found to be required, a separate quotation will be supplied to facilitate this.Public Services ClubDestination Brisbane Consortium—12 Sept 202329 Sept 202329 Sept 2023
