Leading Fire Services are of the understanding that the works will be completed by another contractor and as such, a zero-dollar value has been applied to this quotation. *** ***Queensland legislation now requires all smoke alarms to be either a 240V AC hardwired photoelectric smoke alarm with a battery back up or powered by a 10 year non-removable battery. 9v battery operated photoelectric smoke alarms do not comply. Please advise Leading Fire Services if you would like us to quote to replace the non-compliant smoke alarms ***
