Delays will incur additional costs at our standard hourly rates. • This quote is valid for a period of 30 days from date of quotation, after which time price adjustments may be required. • The customer is fully responsible to provide access, security clearances and keys on site at time of all routine inspections, call outs in normal working hours and call outs outside working hours and quoted works. All inductions that are beyond thirty minutes duration, will be charged at our normal hourly rate. Parking facilities will be provided and if not, all costs associated will be on charged to the client. • Our pricing has been calculated on the proviso that the full scope of works will be approved and carried out at the same time. Multiple site visits (other than those already expected and allowed for) or variations to our original scope of works, may attract further costs. • In accordance with AS 1851 – 2012 during a hydrostatic test the hydrant system pipe work is pressurized to 1.5 times the systems working pressure or the required design standards. If any unknown system defects are present, a failure of the hydrant system pipe work may occur resulting in damage to building, plant, equipment, facility, or part thereof. Leading Fire Services Pty Ltd will be held harmless and accept no responsibility for any damage to building, plant, equipment, facility, or part thereof, as a result of any failure of the fitted Fire Hydrant System during any authorized pre-arranged Hydrostatic Test and Hydrant Flow test. • Please note that for any works conducted, if any other Companies working on these tanks after our works have been completed will void any applicable warranty on works conducted. • If any variations are required, rates are as follows; LFS Personnel - Charged at standard Contract rates, $220.00 + G.S.T. for any additional Accredited Diver per hour, $160.00 for Diver Supervisors(s) per hour, and $135.00 for additional Labourers surrounding the above listed tank works. • Firstly, we will attempt to utilise the tanks drain, with a head pressure vacuum suction, which discharges to the adjacent stormwater swale/ legal point of discharge as that's where the discharge has been designed to flow. If for some reason the valve is faulty, we will have a suction pipe that we can hang over the roof and side of the tank. We will utilise a siphon effect with a pump and use that suction to vacuum any sediment/ sludge from the base of the tank. If the client is happy for water to dump off the side of the tank that is great, if not we have no allowance for temporary diversion pipework to the nearest stormwater pit and would require PFM assistance to redirect to the suitable location. We would like to thank you for considering Leading Fire Services proposal, and we look forward to working with you should our quote be accepted. If you have any queries or require further information, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
